Service Description

This option is for 1/2 day, morning or afternoon time block, and includes your choice of 3 from the following: -Chapel (seats up to 100) -Cafe Hall (round top tables and seats for up to 35) -Coffee Shop (Drinks and service for 2 full hours) -The Gathering (sand volleyball court,-24x16 covered outdoor pavilion, brick oven, fireplace, yard games) -The Stage -Event Barn -Animal Action Zone -Lake of Faith (fishing) -2 full hours of hayrides %50 due at booking, remainder due 30 days prior to event. **Intended for a group of 50-100 people. If you have a larger group, advance notice is mandatory in order to coordinate Ranch Staff.** We ask that your group leaves the rental space as clean as it was when you arrived. Don’t worry about dumping trash, we will handle that. Here are a few things to keep in mind: • Pick up trash and water bottles and dispose of in trash cans. • Wipe down tables if used. • Return any Ranch equipment to where it came from. • Turn off lights in any buildings used. • Please take everything you brought with you. DO NOT EXTINGUISH FIRES. Ranch Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if bonfires need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your fire is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. **This Policy excludes fire-pit, fishing poles, and canoe/boats**
