Service Description
If you have chosen to add the Gratitude Café to one of our Package Deals you will enjoy; the incredible view from the deck, hot/cold drinks and, goodies for your groups enjoyment. Choose from different hot coffee drinks, cold brews, sweet tea, bottled water, canned sodas, and juices. We also have prepackaged snack options. We charge $25/hr service fee to have the Coffee Shop open and operating during your event. (Please check with us about availability). Your guests can pay as they go, or you can choose to pay the tab for them at the end of the night (reach out for details, for large groups a deposit may apply). *This option is only available to ADD ON to another package. You will have the opportunity to add this option on the booking page. Ranch Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if the event need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your event is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. The Ranch property is old and continually being restored. There are areas that will allow us all to teach risk management, vegetation awareness, and animal respect. Please monitor all children and those that may not be knowledgeable. *No alcohol allowed on property I have read, understand, and agree with the above information.
