Jonathan Sherwood
Jonathan is a husband, father, and passionate connector of people to a purposeful oppuritien. All of his childhood and most of his adult life has been ministry. From the midwest, to the west cost, to the mountains of Wyoming Jonathan has served the in many ways and bring a unique and creative leadership to the team.

Adrianne Martin
Adrianne Martin serves as the Executive Director at the Ranch and has been serving with Restoration Ranch for over three years. Originally from Southern California, she relocated here in 2016 due to her husband’s military service. While she misses the beaches, she has grown to love the beauty of Midwest seasons. Adrianne is passionate about leading families to Jesus and building a Christ-centered community. She is married with three sons, two dogs, and is a beekeeper, nurse, and devoted daughter of Christ.

Lindsey Sherwood
Lindsey is a mother of three who brings beauty to everything she touches and inspires creativity in those around her. Having served in vocational ministry for most of her life, she has been part of a wide range of ministry settings and experiences. Her heart is to breathe life into others by building meaningful relationships in the rhythms of everyday life. Lindsey enjoys photography, design, and pursuing wellness.

Gaila Young
Ms. Gaila (Gail-uh) has three passions: Jesus, children, and nature. She is excited to bring all three together through Restoration Ranch Farm School. Gaila has 18 years of experience working with children of various ages and loves watching them explore nature while using their imaginations and creativity to learn about the world around them. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and camping.

Suki Ross
Suki is a mum of three boys and an Air Force wife who loves serving her community through hospitality and creativity. She serves as Hospitality Director at Restoration Ranch, overseeing the coffee shop and merch shop, and is part of the communications team, assisting with social media and marketing. Suki enjoys baking and photographing ranch life, capturing the beauty of what God is doing here. Her heart is to help create an environment where families feel welcomed, encouraged, and drawn closer to Him.

Christine Impastato is passionate about faith, family, and building strong community connections. A devoted wife to a veteran and mother of three, she homeschools her youngest while balancing life as a small business owner, 4-H Cloverbud leader, and PE teacher at Restoration Ranch. Christine brings energy, laughter, and encouragement to everything she does, believing that faith, hard work, and community can help restore and uplift lives.

Gwendolyn Pleasant
Gwendolyn was born in Prescott, Arkansas and was raised in the fear and admonition of the only true and living God. Gwendolyn served in the U S Air Force for about 19 years and took an early retirement when her first child arrived in 1993. Gwendolyn published a book in 2024 entitled “WHAT DO YOU MEAN?” The book is a modern guide to cultivating verbal communication and understanding social cues for Autistic Youth. Gwendolyn enjoys singing and baking deserts.

Kurt Kohlbrecher
Kurt Kohlbrecher has been serving at the Ranch since Summer 2025. With over forty years of experience in lawn care and landscaping, he helps maintain and enhance the natural beauty of the property. Kurt enjoys working on creative projects and encouraging others in their walk with the Lord. He believes the Ranch is a great place to use your talents and build meaningful relationships that God may have in store.

Lake of Faith Director
Luke Johnson
Luke has been serving at the Ranch since August 2025. At 19 years old, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves spending time fishing and caring for the land. Luke’s fishing lure company, Luke’s Lures, proudly sponsors the Lake of Faith. He helps maintain the landscape around the pond and assists with planning events at the lake. Luke enjoys serving at the Ranch because it allows him to make a positive impact, serve others, and help lead people closer to Christ.
