Service Description

This option is for 1/2 day, your choice of morning or afternoon time block, and includes all of the following: -Chapel (seats up to 100) -3 Fire pits (fire attendant included) -Halo Hall (round top tables and seats for up to 50) -Coffee Shop (Drinks and service for 2 full hours) -The Stage -Event Barn (use of games with some limitations) -The Gathering (yard games and sand volleyball court) -6 Archery Lanes in Sherwood Forrest -Axe Throwing -Animal Action Zone -Lake of Faith (fishing) -2 full hours of hayrides -A 13x13 Bounce House -A 2-5 minute video of event Weekday package pricing-$2,000 Weekend package pricing-$2,200 %50 due at booking, remainder due 30 days prior to event. **Intended for a group of 200-300 people. If you have a larger group, advance notice is mandatory in order to coordinate Ranch Staff.** Ranch Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if bonfires need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your fire is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. **This Policy excludes fire-pit, fishing poles, and canoe/boats**
