Service Description

Enjoy an evening around a cozy bonfire, under the stars, with some of your closest friends and family. Bring your guitar, roast marshmallows, make s'mores, tell stories, fellowship and more.... THE PACKAGE INCLUDES: -Firewood -Igniting tool -Several Roasting sticks -Seating for room 50+ including bench swings (BYO chairs) -wooden picnic table -Trash receptacles and trash service provided -Plenty of parking to suit your needs -Indoor restrooms -Large open area for BYO games (for use of our game equipment see below) -Stunning view of the sunset. PRICE-$200/2hr Extra rental options: -S'more Package for 50 people $25 -Rustic wood bench $20ea. (bench seats 6) -Use of propane heaters $20 each (up to 4) -Top-of-the-line sound system with use of microphone $150 -6ft rectangular tables with disposable covers $10ea. (up to 10) -Yard Game equipment to include ladder ball, corn hole, smash ball, and washers $25 for use of all. -Fire Attendant service (igniting of fire and keeping it stoked to the appropriate level needed) $10 We ask that your group leaves the rental space as clean as it was when you arrived. Don’t worry about dumping trash, we will handle that. Here are a few things to keep in mind: • Pick up trash and water bottles and dispose of in trash cans. • Wipe down tables if used. • Return any Ranch equipment to where it came from. • Turn off lights in any buildings used. • Please take everything you brought with you. DO NOT EXTINGUISH FIRES. Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday Not available in January, February, or during pre-scheduled Ranch Events.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if the event need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your event is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. The Ranch property is old and continually being restored. There are areas that will allow us all to teach risk management, vegetation awareness, and animal respect. Please monitor all children and those that may not be knowledgeable. *No alcohol allowed on property I have read, understand, and agree with the above information.
