Are you looking for a cozy rustic venue for 35 or more? The Cafe Hall might be the place for you. This event space features beautiful hand-crafted chandeliers, ceiling fans, wooden round-top tables for 35 people, top of the line sound system, TV screen, antique wood-burning stove, newly remodeled bathrooms, and plenty of parking to suit your needs. Week Day rental price-$250 Weekend rental price-$350 %50 due at booking, remainder due 30 days prior to event. Don't forget about our Add-ons! Do you have a request to add another Ranch option? Just ask in advance and we can see what we can do. We ask that your group leaves the rental space as clean as it was when you arrived. Don’t worry about dumping trash, we will handle that. Here are a few things to keep in mind: • Pick up trash and water bottles and dispose of in trash cans. • Wipe down tables if used. • Return any Ranch equipment to where it came from. • Turn off lights in any buildings used. • Please take everything you brought with you. DO NOT EXTINGUISH FIRES. Ranch Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if the event need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your event is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. The Ranch property is old and continually being restored. There are areas that will allow us all to teach risk management, vegetation awareness, and animal respect. Please monitor all children and those that may not be knowledgeable. *No alcohol allowed on property I have read, understand, and agree with the above information.
