Service Description

The Event Barn is a spacious, beautifully restored, rustic barn that can be used as a reception venue for large groups, an indoor game area, or just some indoor space for whatever you need. This building offers wide open space with a newly updated cement floor, and handcrafted chandeliers, that will comfortably fit 80-100 people. Choose for us to set up tables and chairs to accommodate your group for a fee, or rent our "game set up" for $25 which may include ping pong, foosball, badminton, and pool. -Rent our sound system for $150 -Rent propane heaters for $20 each (up to 4) -Burgundy cushioned cloth chair rental $4 each (up to 80) -Rustic wood bench seating $50 per bench (bench seats 7) -Sound system with use of microphone and speakers $100 -Screen and projector $100 -Valet parking option $5 per vehicle (2hrs) %50 due at booking, remainder due 30 days prior to event. Do you have a request to add another Ranch option? Just ask in advance and we can see what we can do! We ask that your group leaves the rental space as clean as it was when you arrived. Don’t worry about dumping trash, we will handle that. Here are a few things to keep in mind: • Pick up trash and water bottles and dispose of in trash cans. • Wipe down tables if used. • Return any Ranch equipment to where it came from. • Turn off lights in any buildings used. • Please take everything you brought with you. DO NOT EXTINGUISH FIRES. Ranch Hours: Weekday Hours: 9am Monday -5pm Thursday Weekend Hours: 9am Friday - 7pm Sunday

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation 50% Refund: 14 days before your reservation No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges. WEATHER POLICY: A rainy day can turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait-and-see approach when it comes to weather. We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if the event need to be canceled due to the weather. If we decide your event is canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then we are open, and our staff will be expecting you. The Ranch property is old and continually being restored. There are areas that will allow us all to teach risk management, vegetation awareness, and animal respect. Please monitor all children and those that may not be knowledgeable. *No alcohol allowed on property I have read, understand, and agree with the above information.
